Description

Our organic white fir essential oil for cosmetics is obtained from the plant with the botanical name Abies alba. In international practice, the product bears the name White Fir organic essential oil for cosmetics. The plant belongs to the Pinaceae family, which comprises long-lived evergreen coniferous trees. Trees of this family occupy the mountainous parts of Europe, while the stands that supply the raw material for the product grow in the mountains of Bulgaria. The raw material consists of the needles, whose tissues accumulate a significant quantity of volatile monoterpenes. The needles release their volatile portion through steam distillation, and the method itself gives the entire scent pronounced purity and good fullness. The scent remains fresh, resinous and pine-like, while its strength reaches a rich and intense level. The rich olfactory character accompanies a liquid with a yellowish-brown colour. The colour owes its warm shade to the needles, whose resinous substances pass together with the volatile ingredients into the liquid phase of the finished distillate. Alongside its liquid consistency, the distillate retains a uniform appearance throughout its volume. The composition of the liquid is entirely organic and comprises only substances originating from the coniferous raw material, without added preservatives. The organic cultivation of the trees excludes synthetic agents, which is why the oil contains no colourants or external supplements. The absence of supplements defines the product's advantages, which include its pure natural profile, the mountain origin of the raw material and the preserved volatile portion. The mountain origin and organic cultivation support the richness of the aromatic profile typical of coniferous species. Application

Thanks to its antiseptic and antibacterial properties, the oil is suitable for products intended for problem and acne-prone skin, while its anti-inflammatory effect makes it a valuable ingredient in products for relieving irritation, itching and inflammation. It is also used in products for refreshing tired skin, balancing combination skin and evening out skin tone and texture. Its antioxidant qualities make it suitable for anti-ageing formulations aimed at smoothing fine lines and wrinkles and hydrating mature skin. The oil is also incorporated into products for strengthening the skin barrier, improving microcirculation and providing daily care and protection against external impurities, as well as into products for restoring the skin after sunburn or intensive treatments. In hair care, it is used in formulations for strengthening the hair shaft and reducing hair loss, as well as in products for maintaining healthy nails.

Storage

Store organic white fir essential oil in a dark, cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Maintain a temperature of +5°C to +20°C to prevent oxidation and the loss of beneficial properties. After opening, limit the amount of air in the packaging, and as the contents decrease, transfer the remainder to a smaller, clean and dry bottle. Use only aluminium or glass bottles for cosmetic products, preferably made of dark glass, which protect the essential oil for cosmetics from light. Close tightly after each use to prevent air and moisture from entering. Observing these conditions preserves the product's aroma and quality for a longer period.
